These hand painted and kiln fired wavy glass leaves cascade down in rich earthy brown tones from deep brown to ambers to finally winter clear leaves. The leaves are interspersed with sea glass and stones from Lake Michigan beaches. They come in two lengths. Shown in video is the shorter length. These strands can be hung indoors and out.
About the glass leaves: each leaf is individually hand cut freehand from richly colored stained or clear glass, hand painted in layers, kiln fired, and then carefully drilled under water in order to hang. I use the same methods and materials that have been used in painted stained glass art for centuries, but with a modern twist! They will never scratch or fade.
